MRG is delighted to be working with one of Scotland’s leading energy consultancies who is going through a period of growth, thanks to some fantastic business wins and their customer service being second to none! They are looking for a driven Relationship Executive to join their team in Cumbernauld.

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client services and have a passion for delivering excellence to clients and customers. You’ll join a professional team and leverage your skills to provide top-tier service and support to the businesses that need it. You will be a dedicated professional, who has a passion for client delivery, managing queries, and ensuring seamless administration is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Delivery of Bureau Services: Oversee tasks such as invoice validation, queries, contract transfers, and portfolio management.
  • Client Query Resolution: Collaborate with the Team Manager and Account Managers to swiftly resolve client queries.
  • Complaint and Query Management: Handle client complaints and queries, ensuring adherence to the correct query resolution procedures.
  • Supply Registration Support: Manage the acceptance process and support the successful registration of supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Fulfill all administrative needs for clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per the agreed work plan.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Assist in maintaining documentation, including operating procedures, templates, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • IT Proficiency: Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Data Management: Experience in inputting data and using databases regularly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to understand complex information related to energy tariffs, the energy sector, and legislative requirements.
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
  • Educational Background: Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience.

Salary is DOE with excellent benefits and commission. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days required in the Cumbernauld office.
